Terms of service

The rules for using HairFUE as a patient or as a clinic. HairFUE connects patients with clinics and does not provide medical care itself.

Last updated 11 October 2026

1.About these terms

These terms govern the use of hairfue.com. The service is operated by the administrator of the hairfue.com service, who can be reached at [email protected]. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2.What HairFUE is and is not

HairFUE is an online marketplace where patients compare hair transplant clinics, doctors and prices, receive a graft estimate and request written offers from clinics.

HairFUE is not a clinic and does not provide medical care. We do not examine patients, perform procedures, recommend a particular treatment or guarantee any result. Clinics listed on HairFUE are independent and responsible for their own medical services, staff, licences and prices.

3.Estimates are not medical advice

Graft estimates, price ranges, guides and comparisons on HairFUE are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice. Only a qualified doctor who examines you can confirm whether a procedure is suitable, how many grafts you need and what it will cost. See the medical disclaimer.

4.Using HairFUE as a patient

HairFUE is free for patients. You may estimate grafts, compare clinics and send quote requests within the limits shown in your dashboard.

You agree to give accurate information, to upload only photos of yourself, and to treat clinics with respect in messages and video consultations.

A quote request is shared only with the clinics you consent to. You may withdraw a request and delete your data at any time.

5.Contracts for procedures

Any consultation, deposit, procedure, travel package or aftercare is agreed directly between you and the clinic. HairFUE is not a party to that contract and does not collect payments for treatment. Questions about a procedure, a deposit, a refund from a clinic or a medical complication go to the clinic that treated you.

Before booking, read the clinic's written offer carefully, confirm who performs each surgical step and ask for the terms of any deposit.

6.Clinic accounts and obligations

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, including doctors, qualifications, techniques, prices and package contents. A clinic must hold every licence required where it operates and must declare truthfully which steps each doctor performs personally.

Offers sent through HairFUE must be in writing and state the graft count or range, the technique, the price and what is included. A clinic must not ask patients to pay HairFUE fees, because there are none.

Profiles built from public information are labelled as unclaimed until the clinic confirms them. Corrections and removal requests go through the correction request page.

7.Clinic subscriptions and billing

Receiving patient requests and managing a profile require a paid subscription. The plans are Listed, Featured and Premium, as shown on the pricing page. There is no free plan for clinics.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly billing costs half the monthly price.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time in the clinic dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the plan stays active until then.
  • Moving to a larger plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, charges the price difference immediately. The new plan applies once that payment succeeds.
  • Moving to a smaller plan takes effect without a refund to your card. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where a refund is required by mandatory law.
  • One subscription covers one clinic location.

8.Request quotas

Each plan includes a number of new patient quote requests per billing period. A request counts toward the quota when it is matched to your clinic. The count is consumption within the period: deleting, archiving or declining a request does not return quota. The quota resets at the start of each new billing period and unused requests do not carry over.

9.Reviews and before and after photos

Only patients whose treatment was confirmed through HairFUE can leave a review. Clinics cannot buy, edit or remove reviews, but they can reply publicly. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the treatment.

Before and after photos are published only when the clinic has recorded the consent of the patient shown and confirms it to us. A clinic that publishes cases without that consent loses access to the gallery and may have its account closed.

10.Paid placement

Featured and Premium plans include higher placement on selected pages. Paid placement is always labelled and rotated among clinics on the same plan. It does not affect reviews or the content of offers.

11.Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by uploading content you have no right to share, impersonating another person or clinic, collecting other users' data, sending spam or trying to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12.Liability

We work to keep the information on HairFUE accurate and the service available, but clinic profiles, prices and offers come from clinics. To the extent permitted by law, HairFUE is not liable for the medical services, results, prices or conduct of clinics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

13.Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Material changes for clinics take effect from the next billing period after notice.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
